There's ways to help you stop having a panic attack like grounding yourself feel textures like your blues or something like that, deep breathing, counting down from ten, focusing on one object and noting every detail of it, it helps me when I have them, maybe it will help you to, those people at school probably never had one so they can't pretend to know how it feels. It doesn't make you a freak by any means
