They said they didn't know it was collection only, they thought the postage was included in the price.
The title of the listing said Collection from xxxxx.
The description included Collection from xxxxx.
The postage option was No postage. Collection only.
My checkout message says Contact me within three days to arrange collection.
Sigh.
