That is Peter Gabriel....he is in his 70's now..

Appears to have been quite attractive when he was young.
Oh I have seen his face on a later (solo?) album when he was apparently in his forties and he still looked very good. His qualities as a singer on "Supper's ready" are superb! Result of long hours of hard work I would think.
