Tips on reading the Bible for struggling Christian

I have been a struggling Christian for like a year now and I need some tips. Like where in the bible would it be best for me to start and how much time should I spend studying it. How should I study it and etc. I still struggle with sin which is partly why I'm having such a hard time but I don't know If that's because I don't know how to let the Lord in my life. If you have any tips, suggestions, or advice please leave them down below. Also should I create like a schedule or something with fasting and how much time I should dedicate to studying the bible? I've kind of tried stuff like this out but I end up failing but tell me what you think.

Romans!
Read all of Romans and then the Gospels and Genesis!
All of the Holy Bible is good for learning from.

So after I finish reading those in that order would I continue reading what comes after Genesis and then go onto the new testament or do you think it's better to continue after the gospels and then go onto the old testament after the new testament?@Pfuzylogic

After Genesis, Exodus is the next best chapter. It speaks on how Israel became a nation after leaving Egypt. Moses is a very important leader of Israel.
