I Think That We Create The Destiny And The Destiny Creates Us

We can and do create our own destiny. It's all a matter of how far you are willing to go. We must reduce our ego's something that many are afraid to do which then becomes their destiny to trudge through. If however we are willing to endure the pain of dying to self then we can create our destiny of our imagination.
With God there is no room for two egos. You say “I,” and He says “I.” In order for this duality to disappear, either you must die for Him or He for you. It is not possible, however, for Him to die… “He is the Ever-living who dieth not.” He is so gracious, however, that if it were possible He would die for you in order that the duality might disappear. Since it is not possible for Him to die, you must die that He may be manifested to you, thus eliminating the duality
Nonduality holds that ultimately there is only this One Divine Reality, with no fundamental, essential separation between God-and-world, God-and-soul, soul-and-world, or soul-and-soul.
There is only THIS REALITY, formless, shapeless, colorless, soundless, stateless, YET paradoxically and simultaneously PLAYING AS all forms, shapes, colors, sounds and states of the myriad worlds and gazillions of beings populating these worlds. In short, there is One Reality doing everything and being everyone.
Anyone who sincerely explores the timeless self-inquiry, "Who am I?" or "What are we?"—will discover the unspeakable wonder and beauty of Who is really here and What we really are: infinite Spirit including and permeating (not trapped inside) a finite body-mind-soul or personality. Our Real Nature is Unlimited Being manifesting the "dream" of limited experience as a human being.

We can create our own destiny - or so it seems - to a certain extent. I don't get how the god hypothesis comes into this though. And there's a lot of claims I can't follow.

Another claim I can't follow.

@Merinder: It is a paradox, if we wish to have control we must first learn to give up control. In learning by opposites we will have two wings to fly.

All right. I love paradoxes. I guess it's not my kind of language then because I don't get the majority of what the text says :-)

Great thoughts. Thanks. If we run too fast our destiny may never catch up with us. Stop and rest and it may pass us up, leaving us in its dust :)
