Milk's lactic acid and Retinol serum

Ladies!! I applied milk on my face. Milk contains lactic acid so can I use Retinol serum the same day?

Retinol serum is best used overnight for maximum benefits, btw putting milk on your face is ineffective as a lactic acid, you would need to buy a product with appropriate %

@BalmyNites Thanks 😊

@Girlygirl YW, you can get it, the Nip & Fab range is perfect 😌

Salicylic acid - gets in deep & clears out pores

Glycolic acid - exfoliates/sloughs away dead skin

Retinol - smooths fine lines

One word of advice though, if you use ANY of these treatments, you must stay out of the sun & always apply factor 50 sun block 🌹

@BalmyNites Thankyou so much! :) really appreciate the help ❤

@Girlygirl

Please do protect from the sun though, because you are exposing brand new, baby skin when using Alpha & Beta Hydroxy acids 😌
