I Love Going To The Pub

@Dusty101 they get a lit of tourists bow as are in the Guinness book of records

@SW-User yeah they're trying to get it verified that it's the world's oldest pub

@Celt43 I'm wondering if there are actually any businesses that are older than that anywhere? I'd love to visit it!
PS i just read that the guiness book of records says it's the oldest pub in Europe. I can't imagine any countries outside of Europe that would have a pub history that goes longer than that?

@SW-User I can't imagine it myself I would've thought if any older pubs they'd be found in Britain,

I am from the America where anything older than 50 years gets a plaque.

@soar2newhighs out the back they have a covered and heated beer garden and you can smoke there in the outside bar

Thanks. I grew up in NYC ('Da Bronx) and back in the day, smoking was allowed. I was really surprised some time ago, learning that smoking in pubs in Ireland had been stopped. But the other option is OK.@Celt43
