@Elandra77 the daft thing is I have been turning this thought in my mind for well over a decade now - it started at a leadership training conference where we students were stood in a circle and asked to close our eyes and hold a picture in our mind of future success and how it would look and feel at that future time - my picture was just this. Standing barefoot on a warm sandy beach - having completed a long slow sail - at sunset and hand in hand with someone whom I was madly head over heels in love with, while feeling totally happy, capable, goal achieved and relaxed......
