@Notanymore would have to define being “alive” tho.. if all you’re doing is suffering, or zombie living idk about it all..

@AuRevoir i think we fall into zombie living out of our own expectations and adopt suffering because our expectations outweigh our personal gratitude. I personally have serious problems with that balance. Knowing on an intellectual level, how blessed my life has been, yet yearning, still, for what I don't have.

@Notanymore we’ll idk, I know there’s a different between wants and needs.. and I’ve so far to obtain either…

There is a possibility of getting the needs met I suppose.. but I’ll have to get myself even more financially stabilized before all that happens.. but thinking about the luck Factor and the time factor to reach there does my head in..

@AuRevoir what is financially stable to you?

@Notanymore to be able to have a tiny ass shack and afford the electricity and water there, isolated away from the rest of the world.. and be able to afford the food etc… never having to deal with other humans again.. 😷

@AuRevoir kinda like a mountain man's shambhala. I like it. I've looked into work that could lead me personally to that.

@Notanymore to me that’s the dream life… when the rest of life has let u down.. there’s such a difference between loneliness and simply just being alone..

@AuRevoir very true. And many years alone has taught me much about that difference. As well as much time in the wild. But I always come back to society myself.

@Notanymore society serves it’s purpose.. But I could do without it for until I’m 80.. might be fun again if I reached 80.. priorities will have changed by then..

@AuRevoir i usually find that too long without any kind of connection leads me to some weird nihilistic despair. I'd be happy to do the isolation life, but I need a family or small tribe with me.
