I Quit Smoking

Today is 1 year and 6 months since I quit smoking cold turkey! I feel so good.

@Leighx3: Search up Tony Robbins that teaches ppl that they SHOULD never count their change. As the study shows that its set up FOR NO long lasting.

@emjaymj: Oh; I get what you mean. I think it's nice to pat yourself on the back when you hit certain milestones though. Doesn't have to be every day, it could be after every few months or so. It's nice to see how far you've come from something.
