I Quit Smoking

I finally quit smoking last May... When I stopped spontaneously combusting. 🔥

Thank you all for your encouraging words I don't even like smoking, it is all mental....and I've tried cutting back so I know what cravings I'm up against and I think I can do it!

Supposedly the physical addiction is broken in about 72 hours then it is all mental. Good luck. I'm trying again myself
