I Quit Smoking

I have been without on for about half a day now, just when my life was in turmoil and needed a place to back down from life, I'm getting the shivers and the wrong thoughts but it's better than dying young and have a lower lung capacity which is needed for going to the gym.
How long does nicotine to flush out of your body? except the damage it has done to my brain.. because I can drink 5 liters of water now just to flush out the toxins from what 13 years of smoking.
