Give it a couple weeks.

@KickfaceK Here. This tends to help me. He's talking mostly about working out, but it applies to any pain.

@SW-User thanks! I'll give it a listen on my break.

@KickfaceK You're welcome. Good luck. Also, mint might help with the nausea. Not the headache unfortunately.

But whhhhyyyy coffee is life!?

[Rhetorical I actually do know why]

Seriously though could be 3-7 days maybe?

@Starcrossed I can deal with that timeline. Mine was soda not coffee. I need to drop a few pounds.

@KickfaceK When I stopped drinking coffee I cut my soda's back to two per week. That has been about 3 years ago and I have stuck to it.

What are you experiencing?

For me personally I can鈥檛 go longer than a day without feeling the tight sensation in my head needing more or a reaction to reducing consumption.

Thinking about it now I can鈥檛 believe I went 4 years without having it once ages ago but it seriously helped me sleep better then and I know if I want better sleep now I need to cute back or give it up entirely.

I exercise a lot tho so coffee is kinda like my reward but I don鈥檛 usually have more than a couple of cups a day 馃枻

@SW-User Headaches and nausea mostly. I went from only drinking soda to soda and water, now just water. I'm just trying to make it through work without craziness.

When I stopped drinking coffee it took me about 10 days to get over it. Hang in there you can make it.
