I Feel Nauseous

Felt faint and nauseous all day. I hate it. I hate it. It's putting me off my work now.

@Darkcosmos: I don't know! A colleague said that there is a virus going around so maybe it's that.

@Ross19: You also had symptoms of hay fever few days back? It's good that you stayed indoors, have some fruits today , plenty of juice and water and avoid fastfoods and things that can dehydrate you. I hope you get better soon.

I eat plenty of fruit everyday as a norm anyway, not a huge fan of fast foods either and I try to avoid those.

And yeah I've got hay fever 😭

I am not a doctor but would hazard a guess it was a result of the ear infection you tell us about on your adjacent post. The ear has a supplementary organ responsible for helping maintain balance and sense of being upright, so if that's infected or near parts that are, you might suffer from something akin to sea-sickness, such as the nausea and faintness.
