I Enjoy Watching Waves Crash Onto the Beach

The Atlantic Ocean is about 500 meters from my house. In the winter I can hear from my window the raging waves crashing against the shore as if the sea was only a few meters away. It is the most powerful and relaxing sound I've ever heard.

I'm Jealous.
Though I myself live only 4 miles from the pacific ocean, it is in the puget sound. It's like a big flat, shiny salt water lake. We don't get waves unless there is a fabulous storm.
One day I will get my ocean home.
