I Love Meaningful Conversations

My pregnancy puts me in the “at-risk” category during COVID-19. I have to stay at home for 12 weeks, without seeing any friends or other family members. The conversations I have with people on this site help to ease my anxiety. 💛

As hard as it is not to be able to go and visit friends and family or vice versa , it is better for you to be home and safe away from anything that may cause you any harm at this time in your life. The main thing is you keep healthy and in a couple of months you will have a most wonderful experience and the fact people support you here is a lovely thing , you stay safe that's what matters most.

Oh boy. Online yoga & mindfulness classes may help with anxiety. Take lots of pictures so you can chronicle your journey when the better times come.

I read a study on line that concludes Chamomile tea really does help relieve anxiety. Bonus: no caffeine. @ineedadrink
