Hard to say because I have a high pain tolerance, Worst one was the morning after getting bashed by 20 blokes I was also struck in the head and ribs a couple of times with trolley poles (which are handle bars ripped out of supermarket trolleys, they were a popular brawl weapon here). While I was copping the beating it didn't hurt then. But after sleeping it off that's when I really felt it. I was only 17 at the time.

@Hanging2 they were weak as piss lol, the main guy who wanted me bashed didn't lift a finger until I was on the ground. When me and another mate knocked on his door days later, we didn't lay a finger on him, but we did say we were going to kick the door down and get him and he shat his pants.

Kidney stones - it was big where I wasn't able to pass it (9mm by 5mm).
A few days before before the surgery my son drove me to the hospital...just about passed out from the pain. Nurse gave me a Dilaudid shot. Omg..that worked wonders!

I heard passing one is like going thru labor. Mine was waaay too large to pass....had lithotripsy done. That in itself wasn't bad...but afterwards....omg

@SW-User Had my back waxed once. The pain was bareable but the hair growing back was not. Felt like I was a piece of Velcro

@Mondayschild I think sometimes grief hurts more than breaking bones. At least you can take pain killers for broken bones.
