Have you ever had diet insomnia?

I do not know what diet insomnia is. Nor can I deduce it from the two words.
Perhaps it means - no I have got nothing. No idea at all!

Yeah, not because of dieting though. Try eating more during the day or eat something small every couple of hours.

You mean when you can't sleep because you're on a diet and starving? 🤔
