Help! I don't know what to do...

I'm texting my aunt about super serious stuff and I feel like I can't breathe.

breathe slow & deep, count your breaths. In, count one, two, out. In, count one, two, out.

Failing that, try breathing into a paper bag.

I agree. Her voice may help plus better back and forth conversation

Well stop take in a deep breath and let it out slowly and do it again

@fluteacorn: then talk to her it might even help you breathe. Personally, if you can't breathe when confronted like this then you want this to stop. So if this has been a pattern you can't cope with even if it's not you that's the cause of the super-serious stuff then you need to talk to someone else too.

@earthquakefish: She thinks I should see a specialist for one specific issue but that means my mom will have to know. She even volunteered to take me to the appointments

you feel you need to text her? I'm going with your words of super-serious, you do feel you do. Sometimes voice is more comforting, and you may be surprised your Aunt may understand more than you can know. What happens if you say nothing?

@earthquakefish: At this point... The ONLY thing she doesn't know about is the self harm.

Liquor!

Raid the parents stock...
One ounce is enough!

@Some1Else: I hate the taste of alcohol

@dark548fromEP: It is because of having a panic attack. I can't talk easily.

@fluteacorn: deep breaths, drink water, breath fresh air
