To an extent I am, I don't think someone could be completely at peace about their body and looks.

Nah, you're fine. I some days I put more emphasis on my weight and feel a little self-conscious, but I'm just awkward in general, so my body and my looks reflect it.

Sure, I'm satisfied with it. I'm a scrawny dude who's not terribly strong and I'm fine with that :)
