How do I do planks without shoulder pain?
Every morning I do 2 sets of workouts (1 set is abs, and the other is full body). Each set I do a plank (each day I increase the time).
15 - 20 seconds later, my shoulders hurt. I can do a plank longer than 20 seconds, but my shoulders stop me. I have my back straight (and I'm not lowering my back).
