How can I get rid of a headache?

There is a pressure point in the web of your hand between the thumb and index finger. Pinch it with your other hand and massage it. You will know when you are on it. It will hurt a little. Do that on both hands and see if that helps.

I'm not promising anything but take two ice cubes and hold them tightly in each fist for as long as you can or until the headache goes away.

Massaging your temples might help.

drink some bottled water with ??? a midol? stay away from dairy, coffee and soda for today.

walk away from the computer monitor ever 45 minutes.

see if that doesn't help a little.
