What do you think of the word skinny to describe thin people?

Again I use it as a term of endearment and not to criticize her body.
Her mom is very slim too. I don't call her slim or skinny or any other descriptive word when I see her. When I see her I tell her "you look great!" That's it.
I do the same for other women, adding descriptives are not necessary and can be misconstrued.

See this type of question really annoys me I don't even no how to describe what type of question it is accept I guess it's kind of loaded an drama starting what other word besides skinny is there not axerioic that's a medical condition
