Does your breath whistle?

Breathing when I wake up seems to involve high pitched squeaking and whistling for the first hour or so, especially on the exhale. Scares me every morning. It started with this mysterious allergy I've developed this last year. I'm going in for allergy tests soon. So far, they haven't been able to find the cause.
