How do you get Kaiser Permanente to take me seriously?

On Saturday, I talked to an advice nurse. He told me a doctor would call me back. My own doctor hasn't called me back! I left my number but no one called back. He said a doctor would call me "maybe Monday." That was yesterday. No call. I can't get into the system online to find out my lab results. Phone calls to the lab get disconnected.
