How can I manage my anxiety? My way of it currently is through self harm (mainly cutting) and an eating disorder (alternating between not eating for 2-3 days at a time and binging)

@repeters1027: Naw you just haven't had it explained. Lots of ways to meditate the point is to focus on one thing. This book explains a way to meditate and also tips on how to stay focused (you will have to cut and paste as links don't seem to work)
