I was told turmeric helps with inflammation

How long have you been taking them?

I have been taking a Gluacosamine, chondroitn and turmeric (sorry if I spelled those wrong) for my arthritis. And it took awhile before I noticed the effects.

My friend from India told me they drink it it in hot water like a tea to reduce inflammation. Idk how much they use though, but he swears it works. lol

I have used it for two years I still have to take 800mg of advil ... Turmeric doesn't work for me..

Natural products can take longer to work.

How long have you been using it?

Found out later you're supposed to use pepper with it.
