Has this ever happen to you? Waves of odd sensation? Not pain, not pleasure...but definite waves.

I returned from visiting a friend, did some shopping on the way home, and now these waves are washing over me like the tide going out.

It's not pain, but I can feel it in my calves, shoulders, back, and head.
