Can I pick any pharmacy to send meds to?

Like do I need to fill out any forms or just tell doc I want it sent to xyz pharmacy that I've never been to?

I'm trying to change my pharmacy for all future prescriptions

Just tell the doc which pharmacy you wish to do business with. As long as it's not pain meds you will be fine. Even then you can change just not "shop"

@iamnikki Some people go to multiple doctors and then to different pharmacy's to fill their pain meds prescription. Because of this some states are holding the doctors and pharmacy's responsible, so they have been careful about watching patients closely.
