If you have arthritis or muscle pain what topical treatment do you use?

I have a pinched nerve between my shoulders, and I've had good luck with Australian Dream.

This stuff works pretty well . Salonpas 4% lidocaine patches work well too

I'll use CBD, I do have various CBD topicals but wasn't impressed so I use the oral paste topically and that does the trick.

Biofreeze, that's some good stuff.
I used to get that for free.
Now that I don't, I take a hot bath and I use some cheap dollar store stuff that does the trick.

Biofreeze is very effective. I don't have arthritis but I use Lidocaine patches when my back hurts

Voltaren. In the states you can buy it over the counter at a 1% solution. I use a 2% solution I stock up on when I'm in France or Germany.

Normally lidocaine patches, Walgreens has order free pain relief cream

I usually just use a hot water bottle

Doterra Dep Blue works great, and I've tried many of these products

Anti inflammatory meds
