How do you remind yourself to drink enough water?

I have an app that reminds me to do that.

However, I don't drink a lot at work.

I love water. Am constantly drinking it

When a dehydration head-ache comes in.

I keep a giant bottle at my desk

Keep my coffee cup full

Although I have no problem drinking water, I do forget sometimes when I'm busy (especially at work) so I solve that by keeping a bottle of water on my desk and I end up drinking all of it by the end of the day.

I just keep sipping and refilling all day. At least 100-125 ounces daily. Snacks like almonds stoke me thirst, when I’m not feeling it.

I fill bottles with water and leave them in the fridge. I see them every time I open the fridge and take on or two right then.

Nope. I’m the one reminding those around me to drink enough water, meanwhile I can’t figure out why I have a dehydration headache 😂

I place a water bottle beside me and every time I glance at it, I drink from it. When empty, I go refill. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I have a water cooler directly behind me but I'm really good with my liquid intake

I never forget in the first place.

My husband checks up on me to make sure I get enough fluids.

I fill up my Hydroflasks each morning

It's in my blood to drink 3 liters of water

put my bottles ready at the start of the day

Keep my big mug with me all the time.

I drink tea.
