Do you consider yourself fat?

I 'am', but don't often think of myself that way. Sometimes after a big meal maybe I will sit back and put my hand on my belly and think 'ohhh boy, I got big' you know? 😆 But the rest of the time it's not on my mind, I am just myself and this is the size I am.

I consider myself fat because my body is telling me I am.
Feature wise I'm a curvy size 12.
But internally, I can't walk very far without overheating and feeling fatigued I want to sleep all the time.
I'm depressed.
Smaller portions make me feel like I'm starving myself. My body is a lot looser than I'd like.
From being a steady size 8/10 although it's not bad I can feel the difference.

And, just in case I forget, there are always plenty of people around to remind me of it. Many people assume that fat people don't realize they are fat, so they tell you about it "for your own good."
