Cutting sugar

Any tips for cutting sugar out of your diet? I definitely want to start cutting back on sugar but I know that it’s not best to quit cold turkey. I’m a hypochondriac and worry for my health every day. I’m not the biggest but my sugar intake could be less than what it is and I could definitely stand to lose a few. It’s just so difficult I don’t even know where to start.

I don’t even know to be honest, it’s all over. I usually try to eat whatever I can find around the house and my cousin doesn’t really buy greens as much. I buy some occasionally but currently unemployed so it hasn’t been The easiest to keep up with groceries. I guess
Bread, eggs, coffee, some pasta here or there I guess. To sum it up It’s more carbs than greens or poultry or leans meats which I’m aware isn’t the best. @SW-User

My issue is prioritizing, keeping up with it and figuring out where to start. I don’t drink a lot of soft drinks if any at all. Not much juices. Hell, I barely eat fruit lol if my sugar intake is high I’m definitely willing to bet it’s because of carbs, yeasts etc

@Sb356 it’s not really prioritizing that’s the issue
You definitely need to cut the pastas and breads.
When I was on the whole30 plan, it eliminates grains, sugars (not too much fruits either), dairy,
So I mainly had salads, sweet baked potato’s and meats

@Sb356 wheat has been hybridized so much that it turns to sugar easily even if you don’t eat sugar it can mess with blood sugar.
