Do you get a flu shot?

No. I never do. I have allergies to it. Had I none, I still would not. I don't believe in taking something that may help with only a certain strain of flu. And those flu vaccines are based upon the former year's strains. I use my own immunity. That is good enough. And I take great care of my health.
