After drinking alcohol doing cocaine and smoking cigarettes I have a upper chest pain, I feel like my arteries is clog up.

I don't smoke as much anymore but yesterday I smoke about ten cigarettes and did like 5 bumps of cocaine and my upper chest are the upper part of my heart has a mild chest pain. The pain is not intense but I feel this uncomfortable feeling.,
