My friend and I took a bunch before we played a football match , sprinted like mad and could jump like 10 feet in the air for a few mins , then we both collapsed😂

My 5th-grade teacher told us never to take them, with a story of a truck driver who took them. Then from lack of sleep saw a road where there was no road, and you can imagine what happened next. Being in fifth grade that was a scary story. Now I say it was all made up to scare us. So, now you know.
