Therapy talk

Are you a patient or a healer?
Do you need to get therapy?
What kind of?
Do you consider yourself to be healthy?
What is health for you?
How do you heal yourself? How do you heal another?
Do you even want to get healthy?
Are you happy?
Just say anything you got or wish to say relatively to the subject.

Patient and healer, each with very little success.

That's a lot of questions.
On a mental level
it is up to us to heal ourselves. Therapy can show us how, but we have to do the work.
I am healthy and happy.
I have had therapy and think everyone would benefit at some point. At least to just get to know yourself and what you need.

Of course this does not apply to those who need medications to balance or those in need of their physical bodies being healed.
Everyone can benefit from therapy. I am getting healthy. Happy is a fleeting emotion. I want to be satisfied and at peace. But that is only before the end. I dont want to be happy any more than I want to suffer. Both are important.

I am mostly healthy...

And I try to help others when they need it. ❤️

I'm studying to be a therapist, I've also benefited from it a few times in my life, CBT as well as general.

I'm healthy but need some adjustments sometimes in my thinking and actions. My being a patient makes me a healer.
