Gordon Chang, Asia Analyst, says that China released this virus deliberately, and that they will do it again. True? False?

We would act more quickly and decisively. I think. I hope.

And I suspect the rest of the world, not only the US, would regard another "accidental slip-up" in a lab in the near future as an act of war.

@Valentine He's back on television...same fellow...and says now that he agrees they did not manufacture or release the virus on purpose...but once it escaped from the lab in Wuhan and began to decimate their population there, he says they began to release their infected population to the rest of the world in order to level the playing field.

@SW-User That is correct. AND if they knew that covid19 was human to human transmissible, AND if the Chinese government actively pressured other governments to allow Chinese citizens to fly into their countries during this period...which is also quite true...that speaks of much, much more.

@Wraithorn We will probably have to wait and see...BUT...that being said, there is usually no smoke without fire.

And we DO have evidence about Russia trying to influence the last elections...Facebook took down the Russian trolls, and lawsuits were filed against the Russians who owned those accounts...even though it will never go to court...and their visas were permanently revoked. It was established by our intelligence agencies that the Russians in question WERE employed by their government.

@4meAndyou As far as I know none of those Russians in the whole FB saga had accounts that influenced the elections in any way. Those of them who were charged with crimes were NOT charged with anything that influenced the outcome of the elections.

Also, if one is to assume that a few FB accounts could influence the elections in such a way, then we also have to assume that Americans are generally dimwits. I don't believe they are.

This is the power of the media which is used by their handlers to affect public opinion in justifying many things, including war. They repeat the same crap over and over so that people end up believing it even though NO hard evidence is shown.

If you trust your intelligence agencies then I suggest you think again. Keep in mind that they and British intelligence were responsible for spreading the biggest conspiracy theory in the past century. The "fact" that Saddam Hussein had WMD when they knew very well that he did not. That lie they told repeatedly (using the media etc), in order to convince the public that war was the best option, caused death and destruction to literally millions of people. And were they prosecuted for that terrible and blatant lie ?

They were charged by our DOJ but we can't prosecute them. And I disagree about the intelligence of most Americans. Look at any breakdown of populace in ANY country where intelligence has been measured...and you will see that most people are average or slightly below average in intelligence...and when you stack that against manipulation by our media and by the Chinese who have infiltrated our schools with their money and their agenda, most people are having the wool pulled over their eyes. IMO. Some just want to get rich off the Chinese.

It's true we have had some real scum running Washington for the past 20 years, and we are now trying to "drain the swamp", including Brennan's CIA and Comey's FBI, and root out the criminals who are entrenched therein. The takedown of Michael Flynn, who was to have become the new boss of National Security, by crooks inside the FBI, (because they knew him and didn't like him), by deliberately setting him up and threatening his son, is coming to light now.

I don't know nearly enough about the takedown of Saddam Hussein...I do know that George Bush, a Republican, was President in 2006 when Hussein was taken down. As to skin color motivations, I sincerely doubt it. And I would say so if I thought otherwise.

I agree completely that my country has been selling us ALL down the river for a very long time...and it's time to take it back and make it just even a tiny bit more lawful...wouldn't that be great? Don't hold your breath. But at least THIS president is going to try.

@SmartKat You should listen to that video made by Mike Bloomberg where he thinks it's a great idea to just let all the people over the age of 95 be refused treatment for cancer...and he has 60 billion dollars...a big chunk of that invested in medical supplies in China.

The Chinese government promotes globalism. Globalists ALL want smaller populations, less beef production, etc etc. The US medicare system, in addition to the pension system of the Chinese, was about to collapse under the weight of an enormous population. In our case, here in the USA, Alzheimer's and Dementia care for US elderly alone was going to collapse medicare within 10 years.

We don't like to talk about it, but we can't afford to take care of people who made poor health choices and need a great deal of care which families don't want to provide for them.

@SW-User We would have to go into PPE production full tilt, and begin manufacture of ALL medications on our home soils, in whichever country we happen to live.
