That's why I been working on incorporating probiotic foods and prebiotic foods into my diet. I been wanting to do probiotic supplements but the research is up in the air, some doctors say it's completely useless because of stomach acid, others say that's a myth. That’s a good question. It’s possible, I suppose. My main concern is wiping food packages with Lysol. I noticed the inside of a grain package had become wet, so there must be some porosity in these plastic coverings. I guess a trace amount of Lysol causes less damage than the Corona virus. At least, I hope so.
