After being briefed about it in December, he wouldn't have waited until February to claim it was a hoax perpetrated by the GOP. He wouldn't have shipped 18 tons of necessary medical equipment to China leaving the US supply decimated. He wouldn't then continue to shout "hoax hoax hoax" and "poor me poor me poor me" until his cult members started beating Asians in the street because they're Asian. He wouldn't ask the governors of states so hide infection and death numbers.

So, all in all, infinitely better.

Viruses don't respond to politics. This thing got hold of someone or something or other that managed to spread it before anyone woke up and realized this wasn't "swine flu" or something we had tackled before and defeated. But, to answer your question, Obama would have waded right in with his eyes wide open and gotten the illness before it got too far. Trump waited around and said, it was nothing serious - until it infected his usual Florida retreat. Then he joined the bandwagon and claimed the illness was life-threatening - which we all already knew. By that time, it had spread coast to coast and cost many lives,
