Are people with low immunity power susceptible to the virus? For example people who didn't get vaccinated.

Most people in my state who were infected with the virus were from a religious group (not saying which) that don't believe in vaccination.

Vaccination presumably doesn't affect COVID-19 because there is no COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccines don't just give you a generally stronger immune system; they give you immunity to a specific pathogen.
