How many of you have tried this or use this neckbrace/traction collar?

I am looking into getting one of these due to bulging disks and migraines. I have been shopping around for them trying to find the best price. I have seen a lot of them on Ebay and they are going for 50-75 dollars for a used one... new they are 150+. Seeing as many as I do I begin to think that they are not that good or people don't like them. What are your experiences with them? Are they comfortable to use and wear?
