It can't have any efficacy by the time the level of dilution has been applied essentially one random bottle may or may not have any active ingredients in it. If a company sold tablets like that there would be an outcry. Despite the truth of the placebo effect.

It's so-so. If there is something to it though, then scientists will figure out what it is and make it work better IMO

There are so many factors to look at, not the least of which is the placebo affect, which can be very powerful.
