What Boils your Blood?

I am at the point of being tired of being angry. For the last five or so hours I have been on a NY State website trying to fill out and submit a form. The website continually crashes or boots me. I've gotten as far finishing the form only to get booted when I press submit. What should have taken me a crisp five minutes has taken now more than five hours (and counting).
I am livid!

I'm thinking that when 75% of the planet has nothing to do while stuck at home, the servers might be a bit overloaded.
