can i lost my weight? I really loves food very much. Somehow it felt so frustrating

I felt so embrassing about my self because i am not be able to control my eating disorder. I really loves foods the way it tastes and it smell very delicious. I am trying exercises but just on and off. Do anyone have the similiar situation like me? How do you cope it?

I am someone who is just like you. I love food struggling to lose weight.

I think the problem is we don't know how much should we eat or what to eat in order to lose weight. I installed an app that helps to track the amount of food I should eat each day and it really helped me. I didn't need to go for a diet and I am getting correct amount of protein, fibre, carbs and fats.

I run every alternative days to burn carbs and calories and other exercises to burn fat. I already lost 3 kg in a month.

It's not hard as long as we watch our food intake and exercise. There's no shortcut pills or diets to help to lose those extra weight. Hope it helps.
