What does your weekly workout routine look like?

I get up between 430-445 am go for my jog for an hour. I then take out my dogs for their morning walk. I get back in time to lay with my husband a bit. Then I go again for my second jog another hour. Then after work take out the dogs again. Have dinner and one more jog. Before bed take dogs out last time.

@SW-User I’m used to not sleeping much so I just go about my day 🤷🏽‍♀️

@Mrsbetweenfatandfit I sleep at around midnight and wake up at around 7 in summer. And 8:00 in winter. But sometimes I try to get up at 6 the earliest. 😅

@SW-User I think it’s interesting what amount of sleep seems to suit each person. I know on paper 6-8 is best. But I’ve got a friend who needs 9 to feel fully rested. I sometimes sleep broken 3.5-5.

@Mrsbetweenfatandfit Yes 6-8 hours is essential 3-5 hours sleep can be restless too. 😔
