Does anyone else have maladaptive daydreaming?

Been stuck in daydreams for 43 minutes straight now. I’m completely soaked in sweat. My room still needs to be cleaned desperately.... Earlier today, I daydreamed for 30 minutes straight, not to mention the many times I micro-daydreamed today. It’s bad today, damn....
