Guys, how do you manage your morning wood, specially if it is often every morning?

Do you just ignore it and move on with the morning routine?

My wife is not a morning person so usually there is nowhere to go with it...sometimes I'll take care of it myself, but most of the time I just go pee (which usually works) and go on with my regular routines.
