Why do I randomly lose motivation to workout?

I haven’t missed a weekday of exercising in 4 months and all the sudden this morning, I dreaded every second at the gym
it happens. we are humans not robots.

@gobacktoyourroomandstudy self discipline is fine but it does not mean being like a machine.
@CathyUK yes. In fact one should take a vacation from monotony every now and then.

happens to me too... I'm all gung ho for months then all of a sudden I stop for months at a time. It's weird. I need to get back there.

Do you give yourself days off? I find motivation if I tell myself I only have X amount of days til I get a break.
Do you use variety? Or are you same time each day, doing the exact same routine week after week?

I've read that the body quickly loses adjustment no matter what.

You need a total break from it.

That will happen .

Because it takes commitment and work... You lost your Dynamic and mojo..

Maybe you need a mentor or a Daddy to keep you motivated .
