How to stop seasonal hair loss?

I need proven, internal(diet) and external treatments. Already tried coconut and castor oil.
I looked into this a while ago. Take Biotin (available OTC most places). That won’t stop the shedding but it makes remaining hair appear thicker.

Keep your hair moisturized so it doesn't break or split in addition to shedding.

Avoid hats where possible - the friction can cause hair loss.

Supposedly, as long as hair follicles are healthy and functional, hair lost to seasonal hair loss should come back.

See a doctor.

Wait for spring.

Have your thyroid checked.

@Pomegranate Ok good, now what you need to do is get some evening primrose oil capsules. Get a good brand as the cheap ones aren't pure. Take orally.

@curiosi I will try. Are you a doctor or did you experience same problem?

@Pomegranate Nurse, I have seen patients who's hair was so thin when it was in a pony tail it was about as thick as a pencil. After evening primrose it became full and thick.

Keep your hairs short and than continue remedies.
